Clients agree to provide accurate information about their business, grant necessary access to platforms and tools, and respond to requests in a timely manner to enable us to deliver services effectively.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
While we strive to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes, as search engine algorithms are beyond our control. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
All content created by Raver Network SEO on behalf of clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, processes, and tools remain our intellectual property.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply as defined in individual agreements.
Raver Network SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
