Refund Policy

At Raver Network SEO, we are committed to delivering high-quality SEO and digital marketing services. We stand behind our work and want every client to feel confident in their investment. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

If you have questions about a charge or are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us at contact@raver-network.net before initiating a dispute. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services — which involve significant time, research, labor, and third-party costs — all fees paid to Raver Network SEO are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes but is not limited to: audits, strategy documents, content creation, link building outreach, and technical optimizations.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered: If Raver Network SEO fails to deliver an agreed-upon deliverable within the specified timeframe and does not remedy the issue within 14 business days of written notice.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error.
  • Cancellation before work begins: If you cancel your order in writing within 48 hours of purchase and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Services already rendered or partially completed
  • Monthly retainer fees for work already performed in that billing period
  • One-time audit reports that have been delivered
  • Content and copywriting that has been delivered to the client
  • Link building campaigns where outreach or placements have commenced
  • Setup fees and onboarding costs
  • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (ad spend, tools, etc.)

4. Monthly Retainer Cancellations

Clients on monthly retainer plans may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice sent to contact@raver-network.net. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to receive services through the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No refund will be issued for the current month's retainer if work has already begun.
  • Any prepaid months beyond the current billing period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

5. Dissatisfaction with Results

SEO results are influenced by many factors outside of our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website technical issues. Dissatisfaction with ranking outcomes or traffic results alone does not constitute grounds for a refund, as we cannot guarantee specific positions or traffic volumes.

However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality or professionalism of our work, we encourage you to contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns, including revisions, additional work, or a partial credit toward future services.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing within 14 days of the charge you are disputing:

  • Subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name / Company]
  • Include: Your name, the service purchased, date of purchase, amount charged, and reason for the request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that clients contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional fees. We are always willing to work with clients to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

Raver Network SEO reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
